The Zoo and Varsity

We went to the Zoo this morning and the kids had a blast. I think we were there during nap time because almost all of the animals were sleeping but we enjoyed seeing them anyway. After we finished up at the Zoo we headed over to the Varsity for lunch. Jake didn't miss a bite of his naked dog and Allie was excited her hotdog came with mustard. All in all a great day. Happy Birthday Jake

Jake turned one on June 14th and we had a party to celebrate. We enjoyed visitng with family and friends and Jake got a ton of new toys...BOY toys finally :)

First Haircut

Jake got his first haricut last week. He did great and has no more curls :(

Beach Trip 2008

Sorry for the delay but we have been busy!! We went to the beach the first week of June and the kids had a blast. Jake loves the beach and Allie loves the pool so we switched back and fourth quite a bit. It was great to get away and relax away from home and enjoy the company.

Who needs diapers?

Jake and I are here alone this morning and I had to wash his bottles so I left him in the living room to get them done. While I am washing he is just giggling and having a blast. Being a second time mom I know this means trouble so I head on in to see what he has done.....taken his diaper off. Boys will be boys I guess!!

Last Day of School

Allie had her last day of school on Friday and we celebrated with a party. The class sang two songs for the group. They did an excellent job. Jake enjoyed crawling around and meeting all the students and trying to take their lunch. It is going to be a long summer with no school !!!

Guitar Hero Anyone??

My nephew came over last week for a couple of days and he came complete with his Xbox 360. Needless to say Kenny had to play guitar hero and rock out and as you can see below Allie joined him and had a blast.
